These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tabaja platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, game participation, and all related services available to players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before using any tabaja service.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tabaja website located at tabaja.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User") and tabaja ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the tabaja platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the tabaja platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
18+ Age Verification
All tabaja accounts require age verification. Players must be 18 years or older. tabaja reserves the right to request identity documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
Taka Deposits Only
All transactions on tabaja are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. A minimum deposit of ৳500 applies to all accounts.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses awarded by tabaja are subject to wagering requirements. Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Full details are provided at the time of each bonus offer.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one tabaja account. Creating multiple accounts — under the same name, household address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions, together with the tabaja Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus or promotional terms published on the tabaja platform, constitute the complete agreement between you and tabaja governing your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.
tabaja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, tabaja will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address associated with your registered account. Your continued use of the tabaja platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tabaja operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the tabaja platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Register", "Login", or otherwise accessing any part of the tabaja platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
- You acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion.
- All funds deposited into your tabaja account are from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity.
Section 2
Age Restriction & Eligibility
The tabaja platform is strictly for use by adults aged 18 years and above. Access to any game, betting market, or financial feature on the tabaja platform is prohibited for any person under the age of 18. This policy is applied without exception and in all circumstances.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register and maintain an active tabaja account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the tabaja platform or on any related platform operated by the same group.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tabaja, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Age Verification Process
tabaja employs age verification checks at the point of registration and during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be required to provide one or more of the following documents to confirm their identity and age:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
- Valid Bangladesh passport.
- Birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID.
- Any other government-issued document that tabaja may request at its reasonable discretion.
Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, tabaja reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay on any account. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 years of age will be closed immediately, any balance forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access the full range of features on the tabaja platform, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. tabaja relies on the information provided at registration for identity verification, payment processing, and compliance purposes.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
- A valid email address that you own and have sole access to.
- A Bangladesh mobile phone number for OTP (one-time password) verification.
- Your date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
- A unique username and secure password of your choosing.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date. If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number or email address — you must update your account information promptly by contacting the tabaja support team.
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one tabaja account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or the same household — is a serious breach of these terms. tabaja uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tabaja reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any outstanding balances, and void any bonuses or winnings credited to those accounts.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tabaja account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. tabaja will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or WhatsApp. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tabaja support immediately.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
tabaja processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) using the mobile financial services (MFS) most widely used across Bangladesh. tabaja does not currently support international bank transfers, credit cards, or cryptocurrency transactions.
Supported Payment Methods
- bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile financial service.
- Nagad — Operated by Bangladesh Post Office, widely used across all divisions.
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
- Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile wallet.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though tabaja may apply enhanced due diligence checks to large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering compliance procedures. Deposits are credited to your tabaja account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within a few minutes. tabaja does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account, subject to verification requirements. tabaja targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during periods of high platform traffic, during major cricket events such as BPL finals or T20 World Cup matches, or where additional verification is required.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your tabaja account must have completed the standard KYC verification process, including submission of a valid identity document and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. tabaja reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal at its reasonable discretion.
Responsible Use of Funds
All funds deposited into a tabaja account must be from a legitimate personal source. You must not deposit funds that are borrowed, that belong to another person, or that are derived from any unlawful activity. tabaja applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all transactions and will report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Section 5
Bonus & Promotion Terms
tabaja offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time each bonus or promotion is made available. The general bonus terms set out in this section apply to all tabaja bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to players who have completed the full account registration and verification process.
- Each player is entitled to claim any given bonus once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly permit multiple claims.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be transferred to a withdrawable cash balance.
- Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates are specified in the individual promotion terms. Players should read these carefully before accepting any bonus.
- tabaja reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses issued by tabaja carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering on certain game types (for example, some live casino or sports betting markets) may contribute at a reduced rate towards meeting a wagering requirement. Full contribution rates are specified per promotion.
Bonus Abuse
tabaja has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Behaviour that tabaja considers to constitute bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, placing offsetting bets across accounts to guarantee a profit from a bonus, and any form of collusion between players to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, tabaja reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, close the relevant account(s), and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered user of the tabaja platform, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms & Conditions, and in a manner that does not harm the platform, its staff, or other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tabaja platform:
- Registering more than one account for any individual person.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools of any kind to interact with the tabaja platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, game malfunctions, or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for any money laundering purpose.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing tabaja staff or other users through any communication channel.
- Sharing account access credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the tabaja platform without express written permission.
tabaja monitors user activity on the platform using automated and manual processes. Where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, tabaja may immediately suspend or close the relevant account, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
tabaja reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete the KYC identity verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
- Duplicate account detection.
- Confirmed underage access.
- Provision of false or misleading information at any point.
- Detection of bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
- At the reasonable request of law enforcement or regulatory authority.
Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the voluntary closure of your tabaja account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. tabaja will aim to process a final withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance within five business days of receiving a verified closure request.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming a problem are encouraged to use tabaja's self-exclusion tool, available directly within the account settings. Self-exclusion options range from 24-hour cooling-off periods to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and, once active, cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Section 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tabaja, its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the tabaja platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds as a result of normal gameplay outcomes.
- Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond tabaja's reasonable control.
- Loss or corruption of account data caused by circumstances outside tabaja's control.
- Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Any decision made by tabaja in good faith in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or bonus voidance.
Platform Availability
While tabaja makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or events beyond tabaja's control — including telecommunications outages, power failures, or force majeure events — may result in temporary service interruptions. tabaja will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
Game Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or betting market on the tabaja platform, tabaja reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to the player's account. Game malfunctions void all associated pays. tabaja's decision in such matters is final.
Changes to These Terms
